Beef Short Ribs
Serves: 3-4 lbs

Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs beef short ribs
- 2 cups water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- garlic powder
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Dijon's mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt

Brown short ribs at 460°F for 45 minutes on 4000k.

In with beef base, salt and pepper.

Combine all other ingredients and add to ribs. Turn down heat to 325°F for 1 hour.

Serve over noodles with sauce in bowl.
