Cheese Rolls
A vintage handwritten recipe from 1965 featuring a savory cheese roll that can be prepared ahead and served sliced.

Ingredients
- 1 large pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 lb sharp cheese or American processed cheese
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- chive powder or waxed chili powder
Instructions

Blend together and shape into three rolls.

Sprinkle chive powder or waxed chili powder on waxed paper and roll cheese rolls in it.

Wrap in refrigerator foil or wax paper. These are ideal and will keep several weeks.

If called for 4 or 12 or more, grind nuts and roll in the same order. Then roll in order.
