Chicken FAJITAS
A flavorful chicken fajita recipe with marinated chicken strips and vegetables, wrapped in tortillas.
Serves: 4

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast skinless deboned, cut into 3/4 inch strips
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 TBS honey
- 3 TBS worcestershire
- 3 TBS garlic
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 1/2 TBS liquid smoke
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 onion, cut into strips
- 4 bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 stick butter
Instructions

Mix ingredients and marinate chicken for 1 hour or longer.

Wrap all fajita fixin's in foil. Run and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Heat 1/2 stick butter in skillet, add chicken, sauce marinade. Cook chicken through.

Add onions and bell pepper and marinade. Put out lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, guacamole, sour cream, picante.

Serve with warm tortillas for 8 or 4 skinnier folks.

- • The chicken can be marinated longer than 1 hour for better flavor
