Linguini With Clam Sauce
A classic Italian pasta dish featuring linguini in a delicate clam sauce made with garlic, herbs, and clam juice, slow-cooked to perfection and finished with fresh clams.

Ingredients
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/2-1 cup fresh parsley, chopped in food processor
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 4-6 cans clam juice (small clams)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- cracked pepper
- 1 lemon lemon juice
- lemon pepper
- linguini, cooked
Instructions

Chop cloves of garlic and parsley in a food processor.

In a pan, sauté the garlic and parsley mixture in butter, olive oil, and vegetable oil.

Add clam juice, chicken broth, white wine, pepper, lemon juice, and a little lemon pepper.

Cook sauce slowly for 1-2 hours.
