Remaulade Sauce
A Recipe from a Friend

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks, hard cooked
- 4 buttons garlic, chopped fine
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp horseradish
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp Lea & Perrins Dash Tabasco sauce
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 5-6 tbsp parsley, chopped fine
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions

Blend all ingredients carefully and refrigerate at least 10 hours before serving.
Tips & Notes
- • Add more vinegar if you desire a thinner sauce.
