Cheese Wafers

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheese (New York)
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
- 2 c. flour
- 1-1/2 sticks butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- red pepper
Instructions

Grate cheese and mix with all other ingredients. Form into a roll or loaf about 3" in diameter. Chill over night. Slice very thin and bake in slow oven. Serve under seafood Melba or Chicken-a-la King.
