Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cups tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 2 cups milk
- salt & pepper
- flour

Peel and dice tomatoes and slice up onion - cook in sauce pot

Simmer for 15 minutes until cool and put in blender

Heat milk. Put in tighten roux. Salt & pepper. Serve with a tomato mixture.
