Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 2 squares Bakers chocolate
• 1 cup boiling water
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 3 cups scalded milk

Instructions

   Melt chocolate in double boiler.

   Add sugar and hot water and cook a few moments.

   Add milk, beat well and serve.
