Egg Nog
A rich, traditional holiday egg nog with bourbon and whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs, separated
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 pint whipping cream, whipped
- 2 pints bourbon
Instructions

Whip egg yolks until golden and add sugar, mixing well.

Add bourbon gradually (this cooks eggs).

Pour in milk and blend.

Fold in whipped cream.

When well blended, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Top with nutmeg.
