    Whip egg yolks until golden and add sugar, mixing well.

    Add bourbon gradually (this cooks eggs).

    Pour in milk and blend.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    When well blended, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

  6. 6

    Top with nutmeg.
