Mexican Casserole
A layered Mexican casserole from Mom (Ann Lane) featuring ground meat, ranch-style beans, green chilies, and cheese baked in a flour tortilla crust.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground meat, browned and drained
- 3 cans Ranch Style Beans
- 3 cans chopped green chilies
- 3 small cans tomato sauce
- a few slices hot pepper (optional)
- flour tortillas
- grated cheese
Instructions

Brown 2 lbs. ground meat and drain.

Add beans, chopped green chilies, and tomato sauce plus 2-3 tablespoons chili powder. Add a few slices hot pepper if desired.

In a large pan, layer flour tortillas (torn in fourths), meat mixture, and grated cheese. Layer again.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
