Mexican Cornbread
A savory Mexican-style cornbread with ground meat, cheddar cheese, peppers, and cream-style corn.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped, chopped
- 1 tbs oil
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded, chopped
- 3 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 package cornbread mix
- 1 can cream-style corn
Instructions

Add oil to pan and brown ground meat, then add onions

Add cheese and jalapenos

In another bowl, mix cornbread mix and add 1 can cream-style corn.

Put cornbread mix in 8 x 13" pan, meat mixture next, and rest of cornbread mixture on top.

Bake in oven as you would cornbread until done.
