Mexican Corn Chowder
A flavorful Mexican-inspired corn chowder with onions, bell pepper, and cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 TBS olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced, diced
- 5 cups water
- 1/2 TSP white pepper
- 1/2 TSP cayenne
- 1 1/4 TSP dry mustard
- 1 1/4 TSP cumin
- 1 1/4 TSP Worcestershire
- 1 1/4 TSP salt
- 1 1/4 TSP garlic powder
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
- 1 10 oz package frozen corn
- 5 10.5 oz can condensed cheese soup
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Brown onions and bell pepper in olive oil, set aside

Put water in large pot and bring to a boil. Add everything else except soup.

Then add soup and milk, stirring to keep them from burning.

Put soup in bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
