Apricot Nectar Cake
A vintage recipe that combines yellow cake mix with apricot nectar for a moist and delicious cake.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 6 oz apricot nectar (1/2 sm can)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp lemon flavoring
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup apricot nectar
- 1/2 tsp lemon flavoring

Mix together 1 box yellow cake mix, 4 egg yolks, 6 oz apricot nectar, 3/4 cup oil, 1 tsp lemon flavoring.

Beat egg whites and fold into the mixture.

Pour into a "spout" (bundt) pan and bake for 40-45 mins

While the cake is baking, mix 1 cup of powdered sugar with 1/2 cup of nectar and lemon flavoring (for the icing).

Pout icing over cake while it is hot.
