Hot Cheese Balls
These are delicious - crisp on the outside and soft and melted inside.
Serves: about 24 small balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb common cheese, grated
- Dash red pepper
- fine cracker crumbs
- 2-1/2 tbsp flour
- 3 egg whites, beaten as stiff as possible
Instructions

Mix cheese, flour and red pepper.

Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.

Shape into balls, and roll in cracker crumbs.

Fry in hot fat until balls float and are brown. Do not fry too many at a time.
