Quail in Sherry

Ingredients
- 6 or 8 quail
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- Salt and pepper
- Accent
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms and liquid
- 1/2 c cooking sherry
Instructions

Season quail, flour carefully and brown in butter.

Place in casserole or baking pan and pour mushrooms and liquid plus sherry over all.

Cover tightly and cook slowly until tender at 350 F. A little water may be added if needed to keep moist.
