Avocado Dip
A creamy avocado dip recipe from Mae Childs, perfect for serving with wafers or potato chips.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2-3 avocados
- 1 tsp chives, chopped
- garlic
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp powdered saffron
Instructions

In blender mix egg and mustard, add oil slowly while blending.

Add seasonings and avocado blending until smooth.

Last, mix in mayonnaise and saffron.

Place in bowl with avocado stone.

Cover and chill at least two hours before serving with wafers or potato chips.
