Barbecue Sauce
Serves: 1 gallon

Ingredients
- 2 qts. water
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 16 oz. bottles Worcestershire
- 1 sm. garlic bud, crushed
- 7 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 5 tbsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. Tabasco
- 3 tsp. Accent
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 lg. onions, chopped fine
- 4 stems celery, chopped fine
- 1 bottle Smoked Barbecue sauce
Instructions

Mix all and simmer for 1 hr. to 1-1/2 hrs. Can be stored in refrigerator for several weeks. Makes 1 gallon.
