A classic way of making bread in a dutch oven

Ingredients
- 3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup hot water (110°)
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients well.

Add hot water and stir well.

Cover and let rise for 3 hours.

Sprinkle bread with a little flour and pour dough out and shape into a ball with a scaper.

Place on parchment paper and place everything into a dutch oven.

Place everything into a preheated oven, covered for 30 minutes.

Take out, remove parchment paper, and put back into the oven for another 30 minutes
