Butter Crust Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. hot milk, butter, or sour
- 4-1/2 to 5 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Instructions

Soften yeast in water, combine butter, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm.

Blend in 1/2 tsp. soda and softened yeast Add 4-1/2 to 5 c. flour. Let rise 1 hr.

Make out into desired rolls, place in greased pans and let rise 1 hr.

Bake at 375 F. 15 to 18 mins., or until brown.
