Cheese Dip
A hot cheese dip with chili peppers and a kick of tabasco, made in a double boiler.

Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 cup bacon grease
- 1 can (4 oz.) Chili peppers, drained & chopped
- 1 large can Pet milk
- 1 lb. Old English cheese
- 1 tbsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
- 1/2 tsp. tabasco
Instructions

Saute onion in bacon grease.

Add chili peppers.

Put all above ingredients in double boiler.

Stir until melted and thickened.

Serve hot.
