Cheese Dip

Ingredients

• 1 large onion
• 1/4 cup bacon grease
• 1 can (4 oz.) Chili peppers, drained & chopped
• 1 large can Pet milk
• 1 lb. Old English cheese
• 1 tbsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
• 1/2 tsp. tabasco

Instructions

   Saute onion in bacon grease.

   Add chili peppers.

   Put all above ingredients in double boiler.

   Stir until melted and thickened.

   Serve hot.
