Cheese Grits

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. grits
- 6 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. sharp cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. paprika
Instructions

Cook grits in salted water, add grated cheese and butter. Beat in eggs and seasonings. Pour in buttered casserole and bake at 300 F. for 1 hr.
