Chicken Casserole
A chicken casserole served over rice

Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked, deboned and shredded
- 1 cup onion
- 1 bell bell pepper
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can green chiles
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, grated
- 1 soup can chicken stock

Serve over rice

Saute bell pepper and onion in butter and garlic. Add this to chicken.

Add mushroom soup and one can of chicken stock.

Add green chiles

Stir and cover with grated cheese.
45 minutes or until hot • 350°F
