Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 can diced Ro-tel
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 3 or 4 chicken breasts
- 10 oz cooked vermicelli
- 3 tsp black pepper
- sharp cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions

Sauté margarine, chopped onion, chopped celery, and fresh garlic over low heat.

Add canned diced Ro-tel, can of tomato sauce (8 oz), can of cream of chicken soup, small can of black olives, and small can of sliced mushrooms.

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish and cover with sharp cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
