Chicken Loaf

Ingredients
- 5 c. cooked chicken
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 2 c. bread cubes
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent
Instructions

Cook celery in 2 c. chicken broth until tender.

Cut chicken in large pieces, add remaining ingredients.

Cook in buttered casserole at 325 F. for 1 hr.

Serve with sauce made of mushroom soup and milk, or your favorite mushroom sauce.
