Chili Con Queso
A cheesy dip with tomatoes and green chilies, served warm in a chafing dish.

Ingredients
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes & green chilies
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Melt cheese in top of double boiler.

Add tomatoes and chilies.

Season to taste with salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Serve in chafing dish.
