Cocktail Sauce for Seafood
A classic cocktail sauce recipe from Mrs. Walter B. Barnett of Longview, Texas

Ingredients
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4-6 drops Tabasco
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tbsp. grated onion or chives
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving.
