Congealed Chicken Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 env. Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 can consomme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chopped pimiento
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 c. salad dressing
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
Instructions

Soften gelatin in cold water, heat broth to boiling, add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

Season, cool, add consomme and salad dressing and blend well.

Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a shallow pan or mold of 3 qt. size.

Chill several hours or over night.

Cut in squares and serve on lettuce.
