    Slice tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, Accent and zestful seasonings.

    Roll in flour, dip into batter (1 cup milk and 1 egg beaten together) then roll in cracker meal.

    Fry in deep fat until brown.

    Drain well on paper towel. Serve.
