Hominy Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 2-1/2 lb can hominy, drained
- 1/2 lb chopped toasted almonds
- 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c milk
- 1/4 c evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Lea & Perrins sauce
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp Accent
- 1/4 c buttered bread crumbs

Combine first 12 ingredients and turn into casserole.

Cover with buttered crumbs and bake at 350 F. about 30 mins. uncovered.
