    Cook frozen chopped broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Saute celery and onion in butter.

    Add mushroom soup to the sautéed vegetables.

    Melt garlic cheese in double boiler; stir in all the other ingredients.

    Season with Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce to taste.

    Serve in chafing dish, with Melba rounds.
