Hot Broccoli Dip
A warm and creamy hot broccoli dip with garlic cheese, mushroom soup, and a hint of Worcestershire and tabasco. Perfect for Christmas time, served with Melba rounds.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg broccoli, chopped, frozen
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- Worcestershire sauce
- tabasco sauce
- butter
Instructions

Cook frozen chopped broccoli until tender. Drain and set aside.

Saute celery and onion in butter.

Add mushroom soup to the sautéed vegetables.

Melt garlic cheese in double boiler; stir in all the other ingredients.

Season with Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce to taste.

Serve in chafing dish, with Melba rounds.
