Lemon Sherbet
Serves: 1/2 gallon

Ingredients
- 4 lemons
- 1 qt. milk
- Rind of 2 lemons
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 lge. can evaporated milk
Instructions

Dissolve sugar with lemon juice, add milk and lemon rind.
