New Orleans Corn

Ingredients
- 1 No. 2 can white cream corn
- 1 No. 2 can white shoe peg corn
- 1 No. 2 can white whole grain corn
- 1 No. 2 can tomatoes, drained
- 1 can hot Rotel tomatoes
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1
Saute onions and green pepper in bacon drippings. Blend all ingredients together. Top with Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
