Olive Cheese Balls
Serves: 25 pieces

Ingredients
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 3 tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. tabasco
- 25 stuffed olives

Grate cheese, let cheese and margarine warm to room temperature. Cream with your hand, add flour and tabasco.

Roll in wax paper and store in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Drain olives well on paper towels. Roll small amount of dough into small balls. Put holes in center, and press olives in holes. Roll to cover olive completely with dough.

Place on cookie sheet or pan and freeze. When frozen store in plastic bag.

To cook: Place frozen balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook at 400°F about 10 to 12 mins.
