Peach Ice Cream
Serves: 1 gallon

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. can Pet milk
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 4 eggs
- 4-1/2 c. sugar
- 4 c. fresh peaches
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Instructions

Put 2-1/2 c. sugar over peaches and set aside.

Put 2 c. sugar in large mixing bowl. Start mixer on low speed and pour Pet milk in, add egg yolks, then milk.

Beat egg whites stiff and fold in mixture.

Beat cream and add to mixture.

Add peaches and almond extract.

Freeze in hand or electric freezer.
