Pecan Pie
Serves: 8

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark Karo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. pecans
Instructions

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and continue to beat until mixture looks syrupy.

Add Karo and vanilla and blend.

Melt butter and combine with egg mixture.

Place pecans in bottom of pastry shell and pour filling over the nuts.

Bake at 375 F. until set and brown.

When a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean your pie is baked.
