Quick Pate'
A quick and elegant pate recipe featuring liverwurst, cognac, and pistachios, perfect for serving as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. liverwurst
- large carton sour cream
- 1/2 thyme
- 1 tsp. onion, grated
- 2 oz. cognac
- 1 c. pistachio nuts, chopped
- parsley
Instructions

Moisten liverwurst with enough sour cream until workable.

Blend in the rest of the ingredients (thyme, grated onion, cognac, and chopped pistachio nuts).

Roll in ball and serve on bed of parsley.
