Tiny 'Burgers
Tiny meatballs cooked in spaghetti sauce, perfect for serving at a buffet table with cocktail picks.
Cook: 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef, finely ground
- 2 tbsp onion, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- parsley
- 1 8 oz can spaghetti sauce
Instructions

Combine ground beef, minced onion, egg, bread crumbs, and parsley. Season to taste.

Shape mixture into tiny meat balls.

Into a sauce pan pour contents of 8 oz. can of tomato spaghetti sauce.

Place the tiny burgers in sauce and simmer about 10 minutes.

Store in refrigerator.

To serve, heat in chafing dish at buffet table. Supply cocktail picks.
