White Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp gelatin
- 1/2 c cold fruit juice
- 1-1/2 c fruit juice
- 1 No. 2-1/2 can pineapple
- 1 No. 2-1/2 can Royal Ann cherries
- 1/2 c chopped almonds
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c cream, whipped
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- Dash salt
Instructions

Soak gelatin in cold fruit juice, dissolve in hot juice and cool.

When mixture begins to thicken add mayonnaise and blend in whipped cream and sugar.

Fold in fruit which has been diced, and almonds.

Turn into individual oiled molds and chill.

Serve with tinted whipped cream dressing.
