Chicken w Peppers & Onions
A quick chicken and pepper stir-fry style dish with goat cheese and soy sauce, served over rice

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 3 ounces Cilantro Goat Cheese
- 2 Garlic
- Soy Sauce
Instructions

Cook chicken (done, not slow). Dice into specks, that quick.

Add diced bell pepper coarsely.

Saute pepper and onions, add garlic, pasta, salt, and soy sauce, red sauce, red sort. Then add chicken.

Just make hot.

Serve over rice.
