Dijon Sirloin Tips
A sirloin tips dish cooked in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, served over noodles

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs sirloin tips, cubed
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs cooking oil
- 3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup beef broth, cut
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Instructions

Brown meat in butter and oil. Transfer to 2-qt baking dish, saute mushrooms.

Pour over meat. Bake at 300°F for 2 hours.

Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Pour over broth.

Combine mustard, cornstarch, and cream. Stir into broth.

Drain juice from baking dish into broth. Cook until thickened and beef and stir until serve over noodles.
